Group coaching & therapeutic groups

While 1:1 work can be powerful, group coaching and therapeutic groups offer something unique: a sense of connection, shared growth, and collective wisdom. In a group, you realize you’re not alone. You gain multiple perspectives, build community, and experience breakthroughs through both your own work and witnessing others’. Growth happens faster, deeper, and with more support.

Sometimes, working 1:1 may not be enough. Group coaching allows us to integrate and practice what we learn during the 1:1 sessions in a communal space.

These group meetings are run regularly on Sundays at 6 pm (Central European time) / 12pm (Eastern time).

These psychoeducation sessions tackle trauma’s impact on learning, attachment, shame, perfectionism, regulation, and rebuilding a resilient learning identity. Two Sundays each month, we’ll cycle through different topics, revisiting some along the way to deepen our work and integrate the insights from previous sessions.

If you are interested in joining any of these meetings, subscribe to the mailing list, and you’ll be kept in the loop about the next dates.

UPCOMING DATES

Overcoming Stuckness

Sunday, 8 June

Understanding why we “get stuck” and gentle ways to move forward.
Feeling stuck often comes with inner narratives of “not enough” — especially in unfamiliar environments or languages. This session helps you gently loosen the grip of perfectionism, comparison, and linguistic insecurity. You’ll reconnect with inner movement and reclaim a sense of possibility, even in uncertainty.

Why groups?

Because, much like group therapy, it provides a supportive environment, reduces feelings of isolation, and offers the opportunity to learn from others’ experiences. In this group, you’ll find understanding, acceptance, and a non-judgmental space to explore your journey.

Why not a reading material or a course?

To avoid intellectualization. Intellectualization is a defence mechanism that involves focusing on the intellectual aspects of a situation to avoid confronting uncomfortable emotions, essentially using logic and reasoning to distance oneself from emotional stress.

Session structure

    • ● Psychoeducation: You’ll learn about shame, perfectionism, and attachment styles, and how they manifest in the brain and impact our bodies, relationships, self-expression, and learning. But it’s not just about theory – we’ll also engage in practical exercises and discussions to bring these concepts to life.
    • ● Sharing in conversation
    • ● Somatic practice, emotional writing, poetry therapy.
    • ● Final takeaways
