Llegaron de nuestras madres, de nuestras abuelas, de generaciones que aprendieron a sobrevivir callando.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Escribir desde la herida es un proyecto de poesioterapia y escritura terap\u00e9utica que trabaja con esa herencia: el trauma que se transmite sin nombrarse, la memoria que vive en el cuerpo antes que en la mente, el duelo que no encontr\u00f3 ritual.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No es una terapia psicol\u00f3gica. No es un taller de escritura creativa. Es un <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">espacio de acompa\u00f1amiento expresivo<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> donde la poes\u00eda y la escritura se convierten en herramientas para nombrar lo que duele, encontrar resonancia en la experiencia de otras personas y, poco a poco, transformar la narrativa que cargamos.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No necesitas haber escrito antes. No necesitas saber qu\u00e9 quieres decir. Solo necesitas estar dispuesta a aparecer.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-671cbb3 e-flex de posguerra, de violencia).<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tienes una relaci\u00f3n complicada con tu propio pasado o antepasados y buscas un espacio para explorarlo sin presi\u00f3n.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La escritura o la poes\u00eda te han acompa\u00f1ado en momentos dif\u00edciles, aunque nunca lo hayas llamado as\u00ed.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Buscas un espacio colectivo y feminista donde la experiencia de las mujeres como hijas, nietas, herederas, tenga lugar.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vives en Bilbao, Burgos o alrededores y quieres algo presencial, con cuerpo y presencia real en la sala.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><b>Y tambi\u00e9n si simplemente sientes que hay algo que necesita salir y No hay que venir preparada. Soy de Burgos, aunque he vivido media vida fuera y ahora estoy volviendo, literalmente, a mi tierra.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Me form\u00e9 como Poetry Therapy Practitioner (PTP) con la International Association for Poetry Therapy y el Irish Poetry Therapy Network, con la facilitadora Geraldine Campbell. Tres a\u00f1os, cerca de 200 horas de formaci\u00f3n, supervisi\u00f3n y pr\u00e1ctica en grupo. A eso se suman mi licenciatura en Humanidades, mi DEA en Filolog\u00eda Espa\u00f1ola y varios a\u00f1os de formaci\u00f3n en trauma, comunidades informadas sobre el trauma y salud mental comunitaria.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pero lo que me trajo a este trabajo no fue el curr\u00edculum. Fue observar, durante a\u00f1os de trabajo docente, c\u00f3mo la poes\u00eda \u2014 leerla y escribirla \u2014 hac\u00eda cosas que la gram\u00e1tica no pod\u00eda hacer. Y fue la curiosidad de entender por qu\u00e9. No sustituye a la psicoterapia ni trata patolog\u00edas cl\u00ednicas.
