I am a transdisciplinary language educator and therapeutic writing practitioner; my background combines humanities, philology, education and creative writing under the lenses of trauma-informed, decolonial, neuroinclusive and holistic practice.<\/p>

I create training in trauma-informed education in formal settings, narrative and identity in language learning, expressive writing as a pedagogical tool, or emotional literacy in multilingual classrooms.<\/p>

I offer poetry therapy workshops and one-to-one sessions grounded in trauma-informed and culturally sensitive practice.<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

I create facilitated spaces for reflective and expressive writing around identity, life transitions, grief, voice and personal narrative integration, both online and in person. The process includes guided writing prompts, structured reflection, dialogic integration and the development of a safe relational container where no prior writing experience is required.<\/p>

The outcomes include increased emotional clarity, strengthened narrative coherence, greater linguistic and personal agency, and a more grounded relationship with one’s own voice.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
