Un lugar seguro para aligerar tu coraz\u00f3n, explorar lo que duele y reconectar con tu voz.
Mediante escritura guiada, narrativa, diario personal y poes\u00eda, reescribimos poco a poco la historia que cuentas a ti mismo, descubriendo sentidos, presencia y curaci\u00f3n en el camino.<\/p>

As a transdisciplinary therapeutic writing facilitator and teacher, I use the power of language, especially poetry and personal narrative, to support healing, expression, and transformation.<\/p>

My practice weaves together trauma-informed principles<\/strong>, poetry therapy<\/strong>, journaling<\/strong>, and narrative therapy<\/strong> to create spaces where words can become tools for healing and self-discovery, individually and in community.<\/p>

As an educator and language teacher<\/strong>, I\u2019ve spent years exploring how language shapes the way we think, feel, and connect. My background in the humanities<\/strong> (with a focus on languages and literature) and a master\u2019s in scenic arts<\/strong> deepened my understanding of storytelling, expression, and the transformative power of creative process.<\/p>

Alongside my academic work, my lifelong passion for expressive and autobiographical writing<\/strong> has given me an intimate, lived understanding of what it means to write from experience: to give form to what aches and find meaning through words.<\/p>

I believe in the power of language to heal and transform<\/strong>, and I also recognise its shadow, how words can wound, silence, or hold us in place.

Mar\u00eda es una poesioterapeuta transdisciplinar y educadora que trabaja en la intersecci\u00f3n entre salud mental, lenguaje y expresi\u00f3n creativa. Con una experiencia profesional como profesora y coach de idiomas, ofrece un acercamiento a su trabajo basado en la narrativa e informado sobre el trauma, en el que recurre a la poes\u00eda y mediaci\u00f3n verbal para apoyar a personas \u2013 particularmente aquellos lidiando desplazamiento, marginalizaci\u00f3n o retos con su expresi\u00f3n personal \u2013 a reclamar su voz y reformular sus narrativas personales.<\/p>

Su trabajo combina educaci\u00f3n, cuidado psicosocial y las artes para promover la curaci\u00f3n, empoderamiento y transformaci\u00f3n social. Pensadora sist\u00e9mica con una profunda curiosidad sobre c\u00f3mo funciona la mente, est\u00e1 comprometida con el bienestar tanto individual como social.<\/p>
