Metaphors shape the way we see ourselves and the world, serving as signposts on our inner landscapes. Through guided readings, reflective writing, and artistic map-making, we will chart personal terrains and give voice to the places within us that seek exploration and expression. We will begin by reading a selection of poems that use metaphor to create vivid inner and outer worlds. You’ll be invited to reflect on the images, landscapes, and symbols that resonate with you. Inspired by these poems, we will embark on writing exercises that tap into our personal geographies – mountains of strength, rivers of change, crossroads of decision, and uncharted territories of possibility!
This workshop is open to anyone interested in poetry, journaling, and creative self-exploration. No prior experience is necessary.
The Story in the Scribble: Listening to the Unspoken Narratives:

- Señales de alerta y respuestas frecuentes al trauma en jóvenes adultos.
- Marco general* de la educación informada sobre el trauma.
Sesión 2 (2h): “Aplicar una mirada informada sobre el trauma en la acción tutorial y la orientación”
- Principios de la orientación educativa informada sobre el trauma: seguridad, confianza, colaboración, empoderamiento.
- Estrategias prácticas para docentes y tutores: comunicación segura, manejo emocional, red de apoyo.
- Casos prácticos y dinámicas colaborativas.
- Conexión con los planes de acción tutorial existentes (PAT) y propuestas de mejora
