HOLISTIC APPROACH
1:1 coaching with me focuses in building up your confidence when speaking in Spanish. Through talk therapy, CBT, poetry therapy, embodiment practices and mindfulness we deal with mental blocks (conditioning, limiting beliefs), behavioural and thinking patterns that you currently have and start disintegrating them.
This program combines Confidence Coaching sessions with Spanish language learning (synchronous 1:1’s and asynchronous tasks (writing, listening and speaking tasks). The Spanish language training is structured on the basis of your current level (B – C CFER levels ). The Spanish sessions tackle both grammar and vocabulary relevant to your current level including advancing it.
