Each session is shaped around you. We begin with where you are; there is no need for writing experience, just a willingness to explore.
Journaling: Guided prompts and reflective writing exercises are offered to surface emotions, clarify patterns, and open space for healing.
Narrative Therapy: Together we identify dominant stories, untangle self-limiting beliefs, and gently rewrite narratives so you can move forward with self-trust.
Poetry Therapy: Reading and creating poems (your own or those of others) serves as a path to access deeper feelings, meanings and connect with your unspoken wisdom.

For those ready to embark on a more sustained journey, whether weekly, biweekly, or monthly, ongoing sessions (60 or 90 minutes each) provide space to process deeper issues, life patterns, or transitions over time. This personalised pathway is carefully organised with the facilitator to ensure that your sessions are responsive and attuned to your evolving needs.
