I work at the intersection between language, education and emotional wellbeing.

I specialise in language-based transformative processes across educational and therapeutic contexts.

Through trauma-informed pedagogy and expressive writing, I support both educators and individuals in transformative processes.

I am a transdisciplinary language educator and therapeutic writing practitioner; my background combines humanities, philology, education and creative writing under the lenses of trauma-informed, decolonial, neuroinclusive and holistic practice.

While the golden thread that connects all my work is language as a transformative space, there are two clear paths. Let me explain what you’ll find along each one.

Academic & Professional Training

For universities, teacher training programmes and educational institutions

I design and deliver professional development programmes for educators integrating trauma-informed practice, narrative-based learning and language pedagogy.

I create training in trauma-informed education in formal settings, narrative and identity in language learning, expressive writing as a pedagogical tool, or emotional literacy in multilingual classrooms.

The outcomes include increased educator awareness of trauma dynamics, practical tools for tutorial action, and evidence-informed strategies for inclusive classrooms.

Poetry Therapy & Expressive Writing

For individuals and small groups

I offer poetry therapy workshops and one-to-one sessions grounded in trauma-informed and culturally sensitive practice.

I create facilitated spaces for reflective and expressive writing around identity, life transitions, grief, voice and personal narrative integration, both online and in person. The process includes guided writing prompts, structured reflection, dialogic integration and the development of a safe relational container where no prior writing experience is required.

The outcomes include increased emotional clarity, strengthened narrative coherence, greater linguistic and personal agency, and a more grounded relationship with one’s own voice.

Whether in a university classroom or an intimate writing circle, my work centres on language as a transformative space. Education and healing are not separate domains: both require safe environments, reflective practices and the possibility of voice.
