My name is María and I’m an Embodied Language Coach. If you are wondering what the heck that means, I invite you to poke around the website, but it basically means that my approach to languages combines embodied cognition, neuroeducation and creative expression as a way to integrate Spanish. For me, it’s not about acquisition and fluency, but integration (one level deeper) and for that, I bring embodiment and mindfulness practises, creative writing and therapy.
