Jennifer Arnspiger is the author of the memoir Dark Pretty, the short story collection Pretty Piece of Flesh, and @highlysensitivehealing, the Instagram community for the intense and sensitive. She specializes in helping INFJ women befriend their emotions and express themselves into peace and power. A somatic journaling coach and writer, she is the creator of Body Story, a journaling program that helps sensitive women struggling with body hate from trauma and chronic pain find connection, compassion and peace inside their skin by giving their body a voice.
